In view thereof, he is NO LONGER AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT THE COOPERATIVE OR CONDUCT ANY TRANSACTION ON ITS BEHALF. Any transaction entered with him in relation to the Cooperative after MAY 28, 2026 shall not be recognized by the Cooperative.
